connect
to the TV/display like this ..

.. or like this ..

FAQ #3: Will the VueMaster work with a computer?
No.
FAQ #4: Why won't a child bypass the VueMaster?
There are several reasons why a child might not bypass a VueMaster:
- A parent can tell whether the VueMaster has been bypassed by looking at its display.
Normally when a child is watching a TV/monitor which is connected to a VueMaster the VueMaster display will show something like the following:

If the parent sees the child watching the TV / monitor and the VueMaster display doesn't look as shown above then the parent knows the VueMaster has been bypassed.
- Home entertainment centre wiring is often fairly complicated (as in the example shown next).

Bypassing a VueMaster by unplugging and replugging cables would be too difficult for most younger children.
- Another reason some children won't try to bypass the VueMaster is simply because they are told not to.
In summary, a VueMaster can be bypassed. However, a VueMaster used by younger children in a family room is unlikely to be bypassed. But a VueMaster is probably not suited for a 16 year old gaming enthusiast playing in their own room.
FAQ #5: Can a child make the VueMaster lose track of time by turning its power off?
No. The VueMaster remembers how much screen time is left even after the power fails. In addition the VueMaster can report to the parent how many times power has been interrupted. A large number of interruptions might indicate an attempt at tampering.
FAQ #6: Can a child try many PIN numbers in order to guess another child's or parent's PIN?
If more than two wrong PINs in a row are entered there is a time delay until another PIN can be entered. This makes it tedious and time-consuming to guess PINs. In addition the VueMaster can report how many incorrect PINs were entered. A large number of incorrect PINs might indicate an attempt by someone to guess PINs.
FAQ #7: Can you make it cheaper?
A VueMaster - even though it is fairly simple to use - is actually quite complex inside and this comes with a cost.
If you consider how much you've spent on video games and consoles to keep your children happy then the VueMaster cost is a relatively small price to keep yourself happy.
Consider also that a high-quality HDMI cable (not needed with the VueMaster) can cost $200 and comprises not much more than wires and two plugs.
FAQ #8: Can I pay by credit card?
No. The only payment method we accept is by cheque made out to Tykoh Group Pty Limited.
FAQ #9: On the order form it asks for a promotion code. Where do I get a promotion code?
We don't give out promotion codes to individuals. Promotion codes are included with some of our advertising. Check back to where you found out about the VueMaster and you might see a promotion code there.
FAQ #10: Where can I buy a VueMaster from?
Only from this website.
